Job Title: Payroll Support Specialist

Hybrid: 3 Days Each Week

Location: San Dimas, California

Compensation: $25.63/Hour W2

As a Payroll Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and issue resolution related to wage payments and digital payroll solutions.

This team specifically supports digital pay card and wage payment solutions, giving employers the flexibility to make real-time, off-cycle, and on-demand payments to their employees with ease.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients through phone and email support channels.
  • Use a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or Bullhorn) to manage cases, document issues, and track resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues using internal tools such as SmartCompliance, Wisely, ADP Run, Roll, Autopay, and other proprietary platforms.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional guidance to clients navigating payment processes and wage disbursement options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing support role, ideally within a call center or payroll services environment.
  • Prior experience supporting payroll software or digital wage payment platforms is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar platforms for task and case management.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to retain training information in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to guide clients through technical or process-related challenges.
  • Basic computer and typing skills; comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with payroll-specific tools or within a payroll support team.
  • Familiarity with digital payment solutions and electronic wage disbursement methods.
