A medical device manufacturer and distributor in Marlborough is looking for talented Product Managers to join their team. They recently launched a novel FDA approved medical device that is being used to treat impulse control, addiction, and depression. This product has the potential to be revolutionary in the mental wellness space.
They are looking for Product Managers who hav a strong background in medical device product management with a background either in biology or biomechanical engineering. You will be traveling to customer sites to help with customer onboarding, running feedback sessions with physicians, and gathering insights from the field to inform product enhancements and feature improvements. You'll also be developing a strategic roadmap to improve product function in general.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Management role
  • Demonstrated experience working with Medical Devices
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biomechanical engineering, or a relevant field
  • Experience with SAFe Agile and leading technical teams through the software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills specifically in a clinical environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time with excellent prioritization skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working on a product used in the health and wellness field
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and operate in a startup-like environment
  • Strong technical background in medical device manufacturing
What You Will Be Doing
  • Conducting research, analysis, user interviews and feedback sessions, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
  • Apply feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes
  • Serve as an advocate and champion for customers throughout the development and delivery process
