This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. The HR Data and Reporting Specialist will collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support strategic initiatives and data focused strategies. Job duties include:
- Data Analysis: Analyze company data sets with an emphasis on HR data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to enhance employee engagement, HR programs, and overall organizational performance.
- Data Integrity and Management: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple platforms, such as HRIS, people management systems, and other databases. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Visualization and Communication: Create clear, visually compelling dashboards, charts, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc. to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders (e.g. HR, Safety, and Compliance leadership).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Compliance, Safety, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to understand complete reporting needs, align data metrics with organizational objectives, and provide customized reports and insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in data reporting and analysis processes and have the willingness to implement those enhancements.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects, research, and other initiatives as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
- Experience building HR metrics, workforce analytics, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with predictive analytics and HR data modeling.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and HR technology trends.
- Certification in HR analytics or data visualization tools is a plus.
