JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education: Courses in business English, typing, transcribing, and knowledge of data analysis. Associate's degree required.
- Licensure/Certification: Notary Public Commission or completion of requirements within six months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in an executive assistant or secretary position with continually increased responsibility. Coordination of high-level projects preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrates effective problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. Types 60 wpm; may take shorthand and/or use speed writing and transcription skills. Mastery of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
