Piper Companies is seeking an Associate Director to support a top organization in the manufacturing industry. This position will be in on-site in High Point, NC. The Associate Director will support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) operations.

Responsibilities of the Associate Director include:

  • Maintain compliance and implement safety programs
  • Minimize waste, establish sustainability, and reduce impacts on the environment
  • Train employees on various EHS programs
  • Identify potential risks, hazardous waste procedures, and complete audits regularly for a variety of areas


Qualifications for the Associate Director include:

  • 5+ years of experience in EHS and a chemical industry
  • Experience working with EHS compliance and regulation (EPA, DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and NEC)
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferred certifications that are related


Compensation for the Associate Director include:

  • Salary Range: $110,000-140,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
