This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder/Fabricator located in Vancouver, WA. The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for performing various types of welding, including Arc, TIG, and MIG welding, to fabricate and repair metal components. Day-to-day tasks include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring the quality of welds. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
- Strong knowledge of Welding and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding is preferred
