Position Summary NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has a challenging opportunity for an Assistant Director of Admissions and Marketing in our Global Executive Programs department. The selected candidate will partner with the Admissions & Marketing team to develop and implement admissions & marketing strategies, policies and procedures for NYU Stern Global Executive Degree Programs. S/he will conduct interviews, assess candidates and review admissions applications across four global executive degree programs. In collaboration with the Senior Director, the selected candidate will develop innovative sourcing strategies and alternative recruitment sources. The Assistant Director will respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the department's activities, policies and programs. S/he will review enrollment trends to tailor promotional/recruitment materials and will perform market research and manage admissions-related projects.

Qualifications The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination. Experience in admissions, marketing, recruitment, sales and/or other client-facing positions, such as executive education, business development and/or training and learning and development, or related area is essential. Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and negotiating skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. The selected candidate will have the ability to interact effectively with a diverse population at all levels, and to facilitate decision making. Excellent judgment and a demonstrated ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with experienced working professionals are preferred. Exposure to international environments is also preferred.
