Pay Rate/Salary Range: $86,700 to $102,000 salaried
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full Time.
The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted partner responsible for advancing a consistent, legally complaint and performance-driven employee experience. This role leads the day-to-day functions or HR compliance, onboarding, documentation, workers’ compensations, and operational HR process. Owns continuity of physical record keeping and provides leadership for audits and other asks for employee data. As a cross-functional collaborator, the HR Manager ensures that workplace systems, compliance documentation, and onboarding workflows support a culture of excellence and accountability.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted partner responsible for advancing a consistent, legally complaint and performance-driven employee experience. This role leads the day-to-day functions or HR compliance, onboarding, documentation, workers’ compensations, and operational HR process. Owns continuity of physical record keeping and provides leadership for audits and other asks for employee data. As a cross-functional collaborator, the HR Manager ensures that workplace systems, compliance documentation, and onboarding workflows support a culture of excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding lifecycle including background checks, paperwork, system access, and day-one readiness.
- Supervise and support the HR Coordinator in executing administrative and documentation responsibilities.
- Ensure all HR documentation, recordkeeping, and personnel files are accurate, secure, and audit-ready.
- Oversee compliance with labor regulations (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.) in all assigned areas.
- Partner with Compliance and HR Director on audits, legal inquiries, and regulatory reviews.
- Support required postings, tracking logs, and audit reports (e.g., OSHA, FLSA tracking).
- Maintain onboarding guides and checklists in collaboration with the HR and People Strategy teams.
- Manage intake and documentation of workplace injuries or incidents, ensuring timely reporting to insurance providers.
- Coordinate all offboarding activities including resignation tracking, termination documentation, and exit checklists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a desired focus on compliance, employee and labor relations, and workers’ compensation.
- Experience with HRIS management is required, ATS management experience is desired.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is required.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
