Job Details
We are looking for a Engineering Leader with extensive knowledge in both fire protection services and day to day operations experience. Strong knowledge with either sales/design or operations with multiple facets of Fire Alarm or Fire sprinkler.
P.E. strongly desired.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals, providing direction and coaching to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Fire Protection Division.
3. Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement fire protection solutions that meet customer needs and comply with NFPA standards.
4. Oversee the service and inspection of fire protection systems, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
5. Manage regional operations, coordinating with other regional leaders to ensure consistent service delivery across all regions.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that deliver value.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NICET and NFPA.
8. Monitor and analyze sales and operational data, using this information to drive continuous improvement in the Fire Protection Division.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in design or sales and management in the Fire Protection industry.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
3. Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers and fire alarms.
4. Experience in designing and implementing fire protection solutions that meet customer needs and comply with NFPA standards.
5. Proven ability to manage regional operations and coordinate with other regional leaders.
6. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
7. Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, including NICET and NFPA.
8. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve their best.
