We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst Intermediate in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in the analysis and design of business systems and will work intimately with both clients and technical teams to understand and execute business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of the assigned customer group.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and technical perspectives of the assigned customer group.
Capture business requirements efficiently and work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Coordinate with technical systems groups to facilitate the successful implementation of business systems.
Execute thorough systems testing to ensure optimal performance.
Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis and design
Demonstrable expertise in the implementation of business strategies
Excellent skills in acting as a liaison between different business units
Strong ability in executing business plans and projects
Proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents
Ability to effectively capture and analyze business needs
Experience in AB Testing and its application in business solutions
Knowledge of various business systems and their integrations
