  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:
Support onboarding of partner financial data and processes into Workday. Collaborate with internal teams and agency stakeholders to execute onboarding tasks, including data mapping to FDM, cleansing, loading, validation, and hypercare.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow onboarding playbook to migrate AP and Fixed Asset data
  • Cleanse and map legacy agency data into Workday templates, ensuring compliance with FDM standards
  • Validate converted data and reconcile discrepancies using Workday reports
  • Support end users through cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
  • Assist in documentation, training, and change management activities
  • Recommend process improvements to drive consistency and scalability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Workday Financials configuration and integration experience (AP/AR, Fixed Asset Management, Reporting)
  • Strong familiarity with Workday s Financial Data Model (FDM)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise data migration and ETL processes
  • Effective communicator comfortable working across multiple teams and partner agencies
