Job Details

Responsibilities:
Conduct site investigations and feasibility analyses.
Develop site master plans aligned with project goals.
Navigate entitlement processes.
Perform onsite and offsite drainage analysis and design.
Oversee site utility design for functionality and efficiency.
Coordinate dry utility arrangements.
Lead drainage master planning.
Manage coordination with sub-consultants (geotechnical, surveying).
Oversee construction contract management.
Conduct construction inspections.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer license in New Mexico.
3-5 years of design and construction experience in land development.
Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
