  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to web content management and digital experience platforms.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Sitecore CMS (version 9 or higher preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content management processes, taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset management.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
