Functional Track Lead
BCT has partnered with a leading Dallas manufacturing and distributing company to identify an experienced Functional Track Lead to manage all activities within the Procurement track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for their respective tracks. This is a direct-hire position located onsite in Dallas.
SALARY PAY: Up to $170K depending on candidate's experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in daily stand-up Procurement meetings (and weekly/monthly meetings)
- Triage and resolve high priority functional tickets (incidents and problems)
- Co-ordinate with business user(s) if more details are needed on the Procurement tickets
- Coordinates with business users on new enhancements and collaboratively helps the business prioritize new enhancements
- Responsible for end user satisfaction
- Conduct impact analysis for new releases on Procurement track
- Collects business requirements and coordinates with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations and delivery
- Manages service levels for the Procurement track
- Update business users in case of risks of missing service levels
- Manage and track Oracle SRs for Procurement track
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Procurement Management, or a related field
- Oracle Cloud Knowledge Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing, Agreements), Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, OTM, Maintenance
- Application Management Service Delivery
- Functional Area business process knowledge of Procurement Track
- Oracle Cloud hands-on experience with configuration, triage, and problem/incident resolution across Procurement track
- Excellent communication skills
