Instructor Trainer
Location: Austin, TX Work Type: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days on-site)

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Experience with IT applications and systems instructional design.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
Training Design and Delivery:
Develop and deliver both instructor-led and web-based training on software solutions, IT systems, and operational procedures.
Create training materials such as job aids, videos, course outlines, and training aids.
Provide training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for software solutions, IT security, and system installation/maintenance.
Curriculum Development:
Design and revise curricula, ensuring the material is suitable for technical and non-technical users.
Work with a team of training specialists to develop and maintain technical documentation.
Use multimedia tools to create engaging and effective instructional content.
Support and Evaluation:
Lead the development of infrastructure for training delivery and assist in the creation of training plans.
Analyze audience training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Keep abreast of developments in computer training, especially in alternative media and instructional technologies.
Special Projects and Additional Duties:
Assist in testing and development of new training materials.
Provide in-person and webinar-based training as needed.
Conduct assessments and revise tests and course content based on feedback.
Research and recommend vendors and costs for various training methods.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform tasks related to role-based training for the enterprise Grants Management System (GMS) in Salesforce.
Stay current with trends in e-learning and other instructional technologies.
Manage training schedules, documentation, and resources.
