Kforce has a client in Marietta, GA that is seeking a dedicated and skilled Epic Technical Specialist to join their team. This operational role involves supporting and mapping printers and workstations remotely, utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant certifications in Epic and enterprise printing solutions are highly desirable
* Proven experience with enterprise printing solutions (LRS, Troy, VPSX)
* Strong knowledge of Epic systems, including TDR and printing functionalities
* Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticketing and issue management
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in an operational IT support role
* Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
* Ability to adapt to changing technologies and workflows
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
