ETRM Endur Director of Technology

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Director of Technology ETRM-Endur to support the translation and construction of our clients business problems into creative technology solutions during this exciting time of growth for the energy and commodities sector. You ll provide mentorship and direction to project teams, flexing your technical skills to develop solutions. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Business and IT stakeholders and implement client s business requirements on ETRM products and/or bespoke systems
• Provide functional and technical leadership for ETRM software implementations centered on products like ION RightAngle , Allegro, and specifically Endur
• Lead requirements analysis, functional design, solution architecture, technical design, and implementation for ETRM products and their integrations with other related systems
• Perform technology assessments, project estimations, and planning
• Implement technology solutions with modern engineering practices, ideally using Cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, automated unit testing, and functional testing frameworks
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert of one or more ETRM products, drive people growth, and knowledge-management
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the project team of 10+ people

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive understanding and experience of ETRM engagements
• Experience in delivering programs using the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) is preferred
• Solid business understanding of the trade lifecycle of different asset classes such as crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, power, etc.
• Good understanding of physical and financial instruments purchase, sale, buy-sell, logistics, blending, inventory, futures, swaps, options, etc.
• Experience with developing ETRM product customizations/extensions such as business rules, reports, contract templates, invoice templates, system processes, and understanding of product data model.
• Experience with integration of ETRM products with other enterprise systems such as e- confirm, ICE/CME Exchanges, SAP, Oracle, Shipping, Veson, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools for build and release processes (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform for infrastructure as code, etc.)
• Experience in developing PaaS applications on the Cloud using serverless components, messaging services, integration components, databases, etc.
• Experience with functional testing automation frameworks for ETRM products
• Advanced certifications on Cloud computing platforms
• Experience with ETRM Product upgrade
