About The Role

The company, a digital health innovator focused on eliminating surprise medical bills and improving care quality, is seeking an Executive Assistant. The role involves supporting the executive team (70%) and contributing to hiring and people operations (30%). Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and excited to help scale a mission-driven startup. The EA will report to the VP of People and collaborate with executives, Talent Acquisition, and People teams to enhance the employee and candidate experience.

Executive Assistance

  • Provide executive assistance support to entire C-team (largely dedicated to CEO and Chief Commercial Officer), including managing complex calendaring, travel planning and expenses, and meeting coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Craft and deliver internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Drive special projects, presentations, and research to support executive priorities
  • Support logistics for Board meetings and investor communications as needed
  • Track and coordinate key company milestones, executive deadlines, and priorities

People Experience Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Communicate proactively with candidates regarding interview logistics, status updates, and next steps
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation collection, HR system setup, and first-day logistics
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team events and recognition programs
  • Provide project management and communications support to the People & Talent team on strategic initiatives

This is full time position, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location. This role is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in PT, MT, or CT timezones.
