The Opportunity:
We're seeking a mission-driven CEO to lead commercialization, owning the company’s strategy from early traction to growth and future funding rounds. This is an opportunity to step into a founder-level role at the earliest stage—with full ownership of company structure, go-to-market, product alignment, and investor strategy. If you're a bold operator with strong commercial instincts, a bias for execution, and a passion for transforming mental health—this is the seat for you.
What You’ll Own:
- Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Design and lead the GTM strategy, pricing, partnerships, and early sales approach
- Drive alignment between product development and commercial needs based on real customer feedback
- Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead the pre-seed/seed fundraising process and build lasting investor relationships
- Craft a capital strategy that supports focused, milestone-driven growth
- Company & Team Leadership
- Build the early team and foundational company structure
- Foster a high-performance, mission-aligned culture
- Represent the company to external stakeholders, including media, partners, and investors
- Product & Market Fit
- Work closely with product and clinical teams to validate real-world demand and ensure clinical impact
- Translate user needs into strategic priorities for the business and product roadmap
Who You Are:
- A seasoned operator with experience building or scaling early-stage digital health or health tech companies
- Deep commercial expertise in healthcare markets, especially B2B2C or provider-facing models
- Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and regulatory domains
- A strong communicator who can inspire teams and tell a compelling vision to investors and stakeholders
- Fast-moving, outcomes-driven, and not afraid to get in the weeds
- Experience fundraising at pre-seed or seed stage is a strong advantage
