5 days on-site in the Financial District

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage submissions for top industry awards and rankings.
  • Work with senior staff to gather information and write persuasive entries.
  • Keep track of deadlines, maintain submission calendars, and build relationships with award organizations.
  • Write and edit various communications materials, including internal newsletters and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent.
  • Support broader branding and marketing campaigns across the firm’s global offices.
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Coordinate approval workflows and ensure final materials are delivered on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
  • Comfortable interpreting complex topics and turning them into clear, accessible content
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and common communication tools

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years in a similar role within a law firm, financial institution, media outlet, or other professional services environment. Experience working with senior leaders is a plus.
