Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Visual Marketing Designer to join our marketing team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both print and digital design, with a particular focus on creating compelling marketing decks, brochures, and infographics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design work from concept through execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week, so local candidates or those open to commuting are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-impact sales and marketing materials including PowerPoint decks, brochures, and other print collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions.
  • Drive design conversations and independently manage projects from ideation to completion.
  • Create visually engaging data visualizations and infographics (e.g., pie charts, bar graphs, timelines) to enhance storytelling and presentation clarity.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital assets for web use as needed.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand standards and meet ADA accessibility guidelines when applicable.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience designing PowerPoint sales decks and working with stakeholders to bring content to life visually.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of print design projects and examples of data visualization and infographics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to larger marketing goals.
  • Experience working alongside copywriters and driving creative direction in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience applying ADA accessibility guidelines to visual artifacts (preferred but not required).
