Account Manager - Fleet
As an Account Manager you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving growth within existing accounts, and coordinating fleet branding projects from concept to installation. This is a client-facing role that blends sales, client support, and project delivery in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Respond quickly to client needs and ensure consistent communication
Project Management
- Oversee fleet graphics projects from start to finish
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams (design, production, and install)
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track
Sales & Growth
- Pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue
- Prepare client-facing proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with Account Executives to refer new business opportunities
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and project systems
- Provide regular updates on client satisfaction, sales performance, and project outcomes
- Share insights on market trends and client feedback with leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Background in fleet branding, vehicle wraps, OEM upfitting, commercial vehicle solutions, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel up to 50%
