Digital Marketing Manager
LHH is currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent role with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, PPC, paid search, digital campaigns, optimizations, relationship management, and website management. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- PPC and Paid Search: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target metrics.
- Digital Campaigns: Create, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance performance and meet business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Website Management: Oversee website content, design, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment with marketing goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure success, identify opportunities, and report on campaign performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing strategies with overall business plans.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, paid search, and digital campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with website management and optimization.
