Contract to Hire - W2 Candidates Only Please

Must currently be local to the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area

Rate: $65-70/hr. W2 with benefits/PTO

Six Sigma Blackbelt Process Improvement Position (must have Financial Services experience)

MUST HAVE:

- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt

- Financial Services Experience

- Cross Collaboration experience as they work with cross functional teams

- Be collaborative and very organized

- Hybrid On-Site

- Strong customer service skills, i.e. consultative mindset, as they strive to serve the business and send out satisfaction surveys after they complete an engagement

- a history of applying six sigma tools and streamlining processes as well as reducing cost if possible

Engagements could be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, but quick and efficient. They will need strong execution skills and work in a fast-paced environment. Most Engagements have buy in from the business by the time the team is involved. But some jobs may change towards the bottom, and they may feel a bit of resistance there. They do have support from the top down.
