The Associate Product Marketing Manager supports the execution of marketing campaigns and materials across the CertainTeed brand. This role manages the development, organization, and distribution of customer-facing content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget.

What will you do?

Marketing Materials & Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all product marketing materials, including literature, promotional items, campaign creative, and other collateral.
  • Manage a large volume of marketing materials and ensure timely updates and revisions are made as needed.
  • Maintain organization of all marketing tools, ensuring the most current content is readily available and that the sales team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all materials.
  • Help conceptualize and brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns. This could involve identifying the right tone, style, and messaging that resonate with the target audience while also adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Develop and manage creative briefs that provide clear direction to the design, content, and video teams. This includes outlining campaign objectives, key messaging, target audience, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand’s visual identity, voice, and tone. This includes overseeing how the product is presented across different channels, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and positioning.
  • Work with the team to implement A/B tests for different creative assets (e.g., ad copy, images, landing pages) to determine what resonates best with the audience. Use performance data to optimize future creative outputs.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines, resources, and workflows for the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Sales Enablement:

  • Provide up-to-date materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure that sales teams have access to the most up-to-date and effective materials to support customer conversations.

Storehouse Platform Management:

  • Manage the organization and accuracy of all roofing-related items on our storehouse platform.
  • Ensure content is aligned with product updates and marketing strategies, working closely with the digital and creative teams to maintain a seamless user experience.

Contractor Engagement:

  • Partner with the contractor engagement team to ensure materials reflect current product positioning.

Agency & Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and fulfillment agencies.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and ensure the quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Manage vendor budget, usage, costs and service assessment.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in the required field field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or production
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in print and digital design best practices
  • Budget management and supplier negotiation experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital asset platforms a plus
  • Travel requirements – Up to 20%
