The Role:
- They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their B2B Wealth Platform team.
- This position will focus on prospecting, closing new business, and managing relationships with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) partners.
- The ideal candidate will bring experience in consultative sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a track record of exceeding quotas within the wealth management or fintech sectors.
Requirements:
- 1-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in wealth management, RIA firms, or fintech
- Experience within Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within a B2B SaaS firm or Wealth Management Company
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to meet with advisory firms
- Must be available to work in person at our Midtown Manhattan office, alongside the sales team, 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Generate and Qualify Leads – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with RIAs through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead qualification to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Execute Sales Process – Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with RIA clients, guiding them through the full sales cycle.
- Meet Sales Targets – Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue objectives set by management.
- Build Client Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our platform addresses their specific challenges.
- Market Intelligence – Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our platform as the optimal solution for RIAs.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams – Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, address product feedback, and contribute to sales collateral development.
- Sales Documentation and CRM Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Represent the Company – Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the platform and generate new business leads.
