The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the Human Capital Management team as a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition in New York. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have an emphasis on managing roles across the technology landscape as well as other key positions within the firm.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $175,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services with a mixture of inhouse and agency experience preferred
- Ability to unearth great talent through effective sourcing and headhunting techniques
- Experience recruiting across the Technology landscape with the ability to leverage an existing network of candidates
- An understanding of key terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the technology landscape
- Experience running a process from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor throughout
- Ability to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and search firms
- Experience and willingness to support roles outside of technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail; Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
