Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead target exploration and account intelligence that maps to Company's statistical computing environment offering as well as tech-enabled statistical programming services

2. Enable sales & marketing teams with account intelligence for targeted sales execution as well as marketing campaigns.

3. Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to improve the sales cycle outcome and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with sales team in prospect meetings from initial discovery calls through the execution of successful sales cycle.

5. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior leaderships within target accounts.

6. Act as a strategic bridge between customers' biostatistics, statistical programming, and IT teams, and MaxisIT's sales and clinical solutioning teams; and navigate cross-functional teams through ambiguity towards a clear and actionable decision framework.

7. Drive meaningful conversations to identify customer pain points, needs, and goals in the clinical trials space.

8. Map customer needs to MaxisIT's offerings and articulate our value proposition and competitive differentiators effectively.

9. Lead the solutions engineering team to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

10. Lead solution pilot, customer workshops, sales-engineering demonstrations processes.

11. Lead RFx responses, drafting statement of work scope and contract negotiations.

12. Collaborate customer success teams in solution and service delivery; develop and deliver solution adoption strategy and end-users growth across clinical trials via effective trainings, workshops, hands-on pilots, and best-practices development programs

13. Identify opportunities to promote and sell tech-enabled services to enhance customer engagement and customer lifetime value.

14. Build strategic partnerships with customers and develop thought leadership in the industry by publishing / communicating customer success stories.

15. Participate in evaluation and identification of new capabilities in product and develop recommendations based on client’s high-level requirements during product roadmap exercises.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

· 15+ years direct experience working with clinical software solutions in a client-facing role in an operational or consulting role

· Experience in executing software adoption delivery models across SMB, Enterprise and CRO’s

· Expert on life sciences statistical computing, regulatory submission, quality compliance, and sponsor quality assurance requirements

· Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements

· Direct experience with systems such as SAS LSAF, Sycamore SCE, Entimo, CDISC and other clinical data standards

· SaaS / Cloud experience

· Expertise in GCDMP, CDISC data standards, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR as well as other industry regulations and submissions requirements.

· Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills

· Excellent presentation and communication abilities

· Experience with AI/ML applications in clinical trials is a plus.
