Workday HCM Business Process Analyst

Location: Doral, Fl

6 Month opportunity

Onsite

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (local candidate required)

Responsibilities:

  • Support go-live efforts for both shipboard and shoreside, with primary focus on shipside due to unique business processes
  • Identify and document process gaps during go-live and stabilization phases
  • Collaborate with PX teams to develop standard operating procedures for non-standard or newly discovered use cases
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and HCM processes on ships through July/August, and shoreside processes in August/September as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in Workday HCM and Recruiting business processes
  • Hands-on experience testing and transacting in Workday
  • Proven ability to document SOPs, user guides, and train end users
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:

  • Configuration experience within Workday HCM and Recruiting modules

Note: This position requires a local candidate who can work onsite as needed—especially during

the end of May and throughout June and July—to support teams directly and address process gaps in real-time.
