  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Swoon is actively seeking a Principal Middleware Engineer with a specialization in Kafka to join the team!

What your day-to-day look like?

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable middleware solutions on scalable Kafka clusters
  • Monitor Kafka performance
  • Develop and maintain IAC using Ansible and Terraform; create and maintain IAC modules
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure on AWS cloud
  • Automate infrastructure, provisioning, deployments, and operations enabling our organization to rapidly deliver and scale applications

What's Required?
  • Subject matter experience in Kafka - 8+ years of experience
  • IaC experience - 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Terraform and/or Ansible
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS or Azure cloud - AWS preferred
  • Containerization experience highly preferred using Kubernetes or Docker
