  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Resolvetechnicalissuesrelatedtosystemavailability,performance,andend-suerexperiences.
  • Manageescalationofissuestosupportteamsandvendors
  • Monitorssystemsforstabilityandperformanceissuesforsystemmetricsforcapacityplanningpurposes.


What's required?
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8+ years of experience supporting major messaging implementations
  • Strong understanding of mobile device management
  • Understanding of messaging technologies including Exchange Server, Exchange online, Email archive systems, SMTP, ProofPoint, and others
  • Understanding of PowerShell scripting
