A leading organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure projects while ensuring adherence to established standards, deadlines, and budgets. The role involves working closely with technical teams and external partners to plan, manage, and execute deployments of network infrastructure, end-user devices, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders to plan infrastructure-related initiatives.
Manage all phases of project life cycle including scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, and delivery.
Ensure projects meet requirements, timelines, and budgets using industry best practices.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors/vendors to execute projects.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and maintain communication across all levels.
Utilize project management tools and Google applications for tracking and reporting.
Support multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in infrastructure project management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.) and Google Workspace tools.
PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
