Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – U.S. IT Staffing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our U.S. staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing bench consultants developing strong client and vendor relationships, and closing contract positions quickly. This is a results-driven role focused on building pipelines, maintaining consultant relationships, and generating opportunities with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants to tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients in the U.S.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Regularly update consultants on job market trends and new opportunities.
  • Ensure prompt submission of profiles and follow-ups on submittals and interviews.
  • Maintain and grow a database of active vendors and job requirements.
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics including submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of U.S. IT staffing experience in bench sales or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various U.S. work authorizations and employment types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build vendor/client networks and deliver quick closures.
  • Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work in U.S. time zones (EST/CST preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with implementation partners like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-growing staffing firm.
  • Experience using ATS/CRM tools.
