- Oversee the entire lifecycle of healthcare IT contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring vendor agreements.
- Evaluate contracts to identify risks, ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH), and secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository for healthcare IT contracts and related documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, legal, finance, and procurement, to align contracts with organizational objectives.
- Perform detailed data analysis on IT contract performance, vendor reliability, and cost efficiencies.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and benchmarks for IT procurement and operational strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on contract analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements to guide contract negotiations and strategies.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging data insights to streamline IT operations and enhance cost savings.
Qualifications of the IS&T Contracts Analyst:
- 4+ years of experience in contract management, data analysis, and healthcare IT.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare IT systems, standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., EHR, EMR systems, interoperability).
- Strong proficiency with contract management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Contract Management or Data Analytics (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager, Certified Analytics Professional) is preferred.
- Experience negotiating IT vendor contracts, particularly for cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and software integrations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 *based on experience*
