Position Overview

Our Dallas- based client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive construction schedules for our multifamily development projects. This role is critical in ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop realistic baseline schedules and resource allocations
  • Conduct regular schedule updates and progress analysis, identifying potential delays and critical path impacts
  • Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation strategies when necessary
  • Generate comprehensive scheduling reports for project stakeholders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedules
  • Participate in project planning meetings and schedule review sessions
  • Analyze schedule performance and provide recommendations for improved efficiency
  • Assist in the development of project execution plans and milestone tracking
  • Provide scheduling expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout

Required Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE multifamily construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically in multifamily projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling
  • Must be located in the Dallas area (No relocation assistance provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration
  • Knowledge of Lean construction principles
  • Previous experience with high-rise or mixed-use developments
  • Familiarity with Dallas building codes and regulations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $135,000-$145,000 annually
  • Annual Performance Bonus: 10% of base salary
