Create & Track production schedules according to customer due dates

Monitor incoming materials and necessary outside processing for on time delivery, expedite when necessary

Ensure accuracy and integrity within the planning system

Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production by working closely with department supervisors

Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability

Changing production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met

Compiling status reports for customers & internal key personnel

Informing relevant departments of changes to current production schedules

Communicate with customers on status, date changes, and any other questions/concerns.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field is preferred

Previous experience working as a Production Planner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Advanced communication abilities and computer knowledge

Effective communication skills
