Description:
Our Access Network Development team is searching for an impactful "Program Manager" to lead our In-building/Venue program at a national level. Looking for a candidate who is well versed in network development and deploying network build programs, specifically in-building solutions. They will be the central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and deployment initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels.

The Program Manager is adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Manager must be able to work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential. Familiarity with "Magenta Built" is key. At least 5 years relevant experience required.

Project management experience is required (PMP certification is a plus), with the ability to showcase the following skill sets:
Schedule and lead project meetings
Take detailed notes
Drive action items to completion
Work well with cross-functional teams
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
Drive deployment milestones
Make data driven decisions based on information Magenta Built

Minimum Requirements:
Familiarity with Magenta Built
Experience developing In-building solutions
Project Management experience
Management of deployment projects

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification
Experience with large scale, in-building deployment programs
