Responsibilities:
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
- This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including tec.
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration.
- 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc.
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
- Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
- Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications.
- Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools.
- Experience in one + programming languages and communications protocols.
- Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
- Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.

- Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation.

- Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development.
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
- Experience with middleware and gateways.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40 %:
- At least 3+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
- Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements.
- Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
- Experience in developing functional design document, user personas and user journey maps.
- Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions.
- Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
- Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience researching and applying industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules.
- Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying risk, providing solutions, creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases.
