Key Account Manager - Crop Protection

We have partnered with a market-leading Crop Protection company to recruit for a Key Account Manager to drive strategic customer relationships and sales growth across key U.S. territories.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts and supporting long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and large-scale growers.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Business
· 8+ years of sales or account management experience in crop protection
· Strong network within U.S. ag retail and distribution channels
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Willingness to travel regionally
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Manage and grow relationships with strategic accounts
• Develop territory sales plans and deliver on revenue targets
• Provide technical support and product positioning to customers
• Collaborate with marketing, agronomy, and supply chain teams
• Track market trends and customer insights to inform strategy
