
Functional Consultant-PeopleSoft FSCM
DTS is looking for Functional Consultant – PeopleSoft FSCM for our client position
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Consultant with deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain (FSCM) to support a long-term engagement. This role focuses on application support, ticket triage, system enhancements, and business user collaboration. The consultant will work closely with service managers and stakeholders to ensure ticket resolution, system testing, and ongoing optimization of key financial modules.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as SME and functional lead across Record to Report, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay areas
Triage and resolve service requests based on defined SLAs
Provide daily production support for at least 4 key modules: General Ledger, AR, Billing, AP, Purchasing, Inventory, Cash Management, Commitment Control
Partner with Service Delivery and Engagement Managers for incident tracking and resolution updates
Troubleshoot configuration errors, integration issues, data inconsistencies, and batch failures
Perform functional testing following development resolutions
Collaborate with business users to capture requirements and translate into specification documents
Oversee design and testing of enhancements and system fixes
Provide best-practice guidance to optimize business solutions and customer value
Build trusted relationships with customer business and IT stakeholders
Analyze PUM releases and communicate relevant new functionality to stakeholders
Work with project teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain (FSCM)
Hands-on expertise in at least 4core modules; broad understanding of others (GL, AR, Billing, AP, Purchasing, Inventory, Cash Management, Commitment Control, eProcurement)
Proven ability to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues proactively
Experience working in SLA-driven environments
