Responsibilities:
Printing & Production:
- Process and review printed reports for quality assurance.
- Monitor equipment performance and print quality.
- Handle and package output according to user requirements.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting materials over 50 pounds.
- Operate a company delivery vehicle.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance using common hand tools.
- Diagnose and assist in resolving hardware/software issues.
- Work closely with peers, management, and vendors to optimize operations.
Work Environment & Collaboration:
- Maintain cleanliness in personal and shared workspaces.
- Participate in team training initiatives and cross-train colleagues.
Schedule & Availability:
- Must be available for flexible shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
- Some overtime may be required.
- Initial training will occur during daytime shifts, then will transition to an overnight shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to regularly lift and move boxes exceeding 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with comfort in operating a large delivery vehicle.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
- Experience in maintenance or hands-on equipment servicing.
- Familiarity with office or production environments.
