- Epoxy overlays
- High-friction surface treatments
- Concrete restoration and crack injection
- Shotcrete and abrasive surface prep
- High-pressure cleaning
- Joint and sealant systems
- Structural reinforcement using fiber wrap
- Protective coatings and sealers
- Crack and expansion joint treatments
- Slope stabilization and fill systems
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee road and bridge-focused construction initiatives from planning through final delivery, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Track progress, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide subcontractors to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Identify and pursue project opportunities and client leads.
- Coordinate tasks such as cost estimation, scheduling, resource planning, and compliance oversight.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all project components, including contracts, change requests, and reports.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience managing heavy civil or infrastructure projects, preferably with bridges or roadways.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, specifications, and cost tracking.
- Skilled at interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and job documentation.
- Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, and contractual negotiation.
- Experience reviewing and managing subcontractor agreements and contract terms.
- Clear and effective communicator with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Background working with self-performing or specialized construction teams is a plus.
- Strong leadership presence and experience guiding field crews or teams.
- Familiarity with digital tools used in construction management.
Technology Proficiency
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with tools such as Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
Work Conditions
This role involves a mix of office-based work and frequent on-site supervision. Environments may include variable temperatures, confined or elevated spaces, and construction-related noise and activity. Expect a combination of indoor and outdoor working conditions.
Travel
Regular travel to project locations is required. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed as applicable.
