  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Piper Companies is seeking a Scrum Master Transformation Lead (Banking) to join a leading credit union based in Mclean, VA . The Scrum Master will lead an agile transformation for a consumer banking product. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA 3 days per week!

Responsibilities of Scrum Master include:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Manage JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, document processes, and maintain transparency
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment of team goals with project objectives
  • Remove impediments and facilitate communication to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications for the Scrum Master include:
  • 8+ years of experience in an Agile environment
  • Banking or Financial Services background
  • Expertise in JIRA and Confluence (JIRA Product Discovery a plus)
  • Experience going through an Agile Transition
  • Project management experience (Budgeting, Forecasting, etc.) a plus

Compensation for the Scrum Master include:
  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 **depending on experience**
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
