Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are partnering with a major manufacturing client of ours, seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to provide support and enhance operations systems across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing. This role involves system design, deployment, testing, and integration with corporate systems to ensure optimal performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and lead the implementation of new systems and processes. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Dynamics 365, specifically with operations/logistics IT
- Strong expertise in WMS, WCS, and ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM and AWM)
- Experience with material handling automation systems preferred
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage system deployments
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
