Partnerships Marketing Specialist
BodyHealth is a rapidly growing Nutritional Supplement company based in Dunedin Florida!
The Partnership Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing BodyHealth’s strategic brand partnerships, focusing on high-impact collaborations with influencers, celebrity caliber talent, and brands. This role will drive the execution of partnership deliverables across multiple channels such as social media, digital media, events, PR, and more. This person will bring a deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership contracts are fulfilled & activations are successful. This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, a deep understanding of partnering with brands & talent and the ability to analyze performance and recommend optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and optimize daily activities for high-caliber brand partnerships, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of partner developed brand content across social media, newsletters, events, podcasts, and other key touchpoints.
• Assist or lead the end-to-end execution of partnership deliverables which includes: asset creation (including but not limited to providing creative briefs and scripts for talent to leverage), content approval processes (including ensuring on-time delivery and reviews with key stakeholders), tracking and communicating usage rights, partner communication, and internal integration.
• Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 influencer partners to support content creation and overall partnership execution.
• Organize content and drive cross-functional integration of assets across key channels (e.g. Social Media and Paid Media)
• Provide logistic and tactical support for content shoots, activations, and events, as well as across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.),.
• Contribute to the identification of potential new brand partnerships, helping to inform the strategic direction of the partnership marketing program.
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimize existing partnerships, including content, event participation etc.
• Monitor and report on the partnership, especially as it pertains to contract deliverables, performance of assets and provide insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, public relations, or a similar field, with a preference for experience in the health and wellness, supplement industry, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
• Proficient in tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc., and capable of providing insights for campaign optimization.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Well-versed with social media platforms, content management tools, influencer marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Event Coordination and PR Strategies BIG PLUS
• Strong understanding of current trends in the Health, Wellness, and Nutrition space, with a focus on influencers and strategic partnerships.
Language Skills:
Must speak English. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail and maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to working with a diverse staff are essential to successful carry out the duties of this position. Excellent ability to communicate. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
Location:
This is a remote position that is based out of Los Angeles, New York City, or Miami. Travel to events is required.
