Implementation Manager
Our excellent client seeks an Implementation Manager 4 for an 8-month + W2 HYBRID contract in Boston, MA. MUST be able to work on our W2. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
Duties:
As an Implementation Manager, you will drive transforming Processes and implementing Technology to execute on supporting our customer and employee experiences.
Required:
Lead and manage multiple projects related to core systems and operations, from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Single point of contact for stakeholders during the implementation process
- to organize and plan successful implementation strategies and timelines.
- Offer a consultative approach while demonstrating a solid knowledge of how products rollouts and how the various workstreams impact each other.
- Deliver exceptional and timely customer service when addressing implementation issues.
- Display an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among departments for project execution.
- Familiarity with code deployments.
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, implementation planning, status updates, management reporting and remediation options.
- Assist with testing end-to-end connectivity and useability of implemented deployments.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project and / or program implementation management, with a focus on operations and core systems in a financial institution.
- B.S. in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of underwriting systems and the associated processes.
- Familiarity with Life system terminology and acronyms.
- Excellent management skills, including proficiency with implementation management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
