
Custodial Worker - Hickam Fitness
Performs variety of complexity in cleaning processes.
Demonstrates proficiency related to daily service, deep cleaning and special project cleaning assignments based on program cleaning standards.
Maintains cleanliness in assigned office spaces, halls, private quarters and public areas.
Dusts, polishes, cleans, moves furniture.
Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
Cleans floors and vacuums carpet using industrial-type equipment.
Uses various cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains.
Washes windows and screens.
Performs deep cleaning duties as required.
Coordinates supplies and distribution.
May perform grounds maintenance tasks around the facilities.

Qualifications
A qualified candidate must possess:
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and common chemicals used in cleaning.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.
Must be able to perform moderately strenuous physical labor as unassisted lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 pounds is required.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
May be recalled to duty and/or required to work overtime including emergency basis.
May be required to possess valid state driver license. Applicants will be notified when this is a requirement for appointment
