Brand Partnerships & Social Media Coordinator
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Brand Partnerships & Social Media Coordinator to support the growth of our brand through thoughtful collaborations, affiliate marketing, ambassador programming, and social media content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and relationship-building, and who brings a strong sense of initiative and organization to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Giveaways
- Execute at least one co-branded partnership and one sweepstakes-style giveaway per month to drive brand awareness, sales, and email acquisition.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with mission-aligned partners that expand reach and resonate with our target audience.
Affiliate & PR Development
- Recruit and onboard one strategic affiliate per month, including potential media partnerships (e.g., Conde Nast roundups), plus two smaller on-brand creators monthly.
- Support affiliate content and performance tracking to optimize results.
Ambassador Program
- Help scale our ambassador community by onboarding two new ambassadors per month, focused on authentic advocacy and brand alignment.
- Assist with program strategy, communication, and campaign execution.
Social Media Management
- Contribute to social media strategy with a focus on organic growth and brand storytelling.
- Plan and publish a minimum of 20 engaging content pieces per month across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence and alignment with key campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, or brand marketing
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content creation workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for lifestyle, travel, and/or fashion branding is a plus
