About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to support our healthcare and K–12 projects across Tampa. You’ll be responsible for accurate take-offs, budgeting, and pricing, collaborating with the project team to ensure cost efficiency from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare and educational builds
  • Review drawings, specs, and bid documents
  • Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
  • Maintain cost data and support value engineering efforts

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5+ years of estimating experience (healthcare/K–12 preferred)
  • Strong skills in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of commercial construction methods and codes
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication
