Office Administrator
About the Role:
enLabel is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. You’ll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, and keeping the office running smoothly. Our office is fully in person 5 days a week, located in the North End of Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and executives
· Opening the office and maintaining a professional, neat and presentable environment
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Event planning and coordination of team activities
- New employee greeting, orientation and training
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth internal communication and task execution
· Marketing and Sales Support
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience with office management tools (e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems) is a plus
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives or related
- 3-5 years of prior administrative experience
